How does customization work?
It's simple. You pick a product, pick a design or tell us how you want it to look (logo, colors, text), and we'll create a free digital mockup for your approval. Once approved, we produce and ship your order.
Can I create my own design and have you make it?
Yes of course! Each product page has a template under the artwork section where you can download the template file. Design your artwork and upload it with your order, and we'll bring it to life.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Custom orders depend on the item purchased. Fully custom orders take roughly 3-4 weeks after art approval. Stock decorated items typically ship within 2-3 weeks.
What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?
We stand behind every product we make, and if we fall short on quality or delivery, we'll make it right. Contact us directly and we'll resolve any issues promptly.
Can I get a sample of my product or design?
We offer free random samples so you can experience our product quality firsthand. Additionally, we can produce paid pre-production samples of your specific design before a full order run.
